Trip inquiries and contact forms
When you request travel help, we collect the details you provide, which may include name, email address, phone number, trip type, destination interests, preferred travel dates, number of travelers, and your message. Forms include an anti-spam field that is not used for any other purpose.
Client and trip records (advisor dashboard)
When planning travel for you, we may keep a client profile with contact details, notes, tags, and links to related inquiries. We may also save flight and hotel options researched for your trip, including itinerary details and provider offer data needed to compare options.
Photos and galleries
Trip photos you share (or that we receive permission to use) may be stored in our photo library, organized into galleries, and—when marked public—shown on the website. Photo records can include captions, labels, tags, and publish settings.
Email notifications
Inquiry details may be emailed to our team so we can respond quickly. Transactional notice emails are sent through our email delivery provider.
Website analytics and usage
To understand how the site performs and improve the experience, we collect:
- First-party usage events such as page views and selected button interactions (path, approximate time, referring page, and a temporary session identifier). We do not use these events to identify you by name.
- Privacy-oriented web analytics (for example Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights) which help us measure traffic and performance without traditional advertising cookies where supported.
Security and authentication
The Advisor App uses account authentication cookies/session tokens so the authorized advisor can stay signed in securely. Login is limited to allowlisted advisor emails. We may also use basic request rate limiting (including IP address) to prevent abuse of forms and APIs.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically receive standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, and timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- Respond to trip inquiries and plan travel
- Communicate about bookings, options, and follow-ups
- Maintain client notes and trip research in the Advisor App
- Display approved photos on the website
- Monitor site performance, inquiry volume, and advisor tooling usage

How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers and travel suppliers only as needed to operate the website and fulfill travel planning—for example hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and travel inventory providers we use to search flights and hotels. Suppliers receive only what is needed to quote or book your travel.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use:
- Essential cookies/sessions for Advisor App sign-in
- Browser storage for site experience preferences (for example skipping an intro)
- Analytics tools described above to measure aggregate usage
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the Advisor App from working.
Data retention
Inquiry, client, travel research, and photo records are kept as long as needed for travel planning, business records, and website operation, unless you ask us to delete information we reasonably can remove. Analytics events are kept for reporting and product improvement and may be aggregated or deleted over time.
Your choices and requests
Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask questions about this policy. We may need to verify the request and retain limited information when legally required.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International visitors
Our systems are operated in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S.
